How does rendering work in the browser?
Reel Factory uses FFmpeg.wasm to render videos directly in your browser. Your clips never leave your device — all processing happens client-side with no server uploads.
How do multiple video clips work?
Upload as many background clips as you want. In Sequential mode (default), clips cycle in order — Hook 1 uses Clip 1, Hook 2 uses Clip 2, and so on. Random mode picks a clip per hook at random. Combination mode pairs every hook with every clip for maximum variation.
What is Quiz Maker?
Quiz Maker (Creator & Pro) lets you upload a CSV with up to 5 columns — question, A, B, C, D (D is optional) — and automatically generates a quiz reel for each row. Your background video plays behind a QUIZ TIME header, question card, and pill-style answer buttons.
What video formats are supported?
Upload MP4, MOV, or MKV as background clips. All exports are H.264 MP4, optimized for 9:16 vertical formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
What counts as one render?
Each individual reel output is one render. If you have 10 hooks in Sequential mode that's 10 renders. In Combination mode with 10 hooks and 5 clips that's 50 renders.
Can I use my own fonts and colors?
Yes — Creator and Pro plans include 8 font choices, full text/shadow/pill color pickers, and watermark overlays. Save any combination as a reusable template.
